BRIDGE Update: August 28, 2026

BRIDGE Open Office Hours – Census Information & Online Registration: The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) and project partners will continue to hold general Office Hours on a weekly basis. During the month of September, additional Infinite Campus experts will be joining these sessions to help answer questions around specific topic areas. The session next week will be targeted at answering questions around Census Information and the Online Registration module within Infinite Campus. 

SSO & User Authentication Support Sessions: As part of the transition to Infinite Campus, districts will be required to use a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider so staff & students can securely access the Infinite Campus student information system (SIS). We will also cover the generation and management staff usernames and staff IDs that support authentication in Infinite Campus. 

K12 Solutions Group – 504 Module Training: Infinite Campus’ channel partner, K12 Solutions Group, will host a series training sessions related to their 504 Module. As a reminder, this is one of three additional modules purchased by NDDPI and will soon be available in all district instances of Infinite Campus. The primary audience for these sessions will be 504 Coordinators + SIS Admins and will cover initial setup/configuration activities to effectively manage 504-related data in Infinite Campus. After setup is complete, end-user training will be the responsibility of each district as there will be unique processes and data capture from district-to-district. 

Multiple sessions are being planned for the week of Sept. 21. Specific dates/times and agendas will be distributed when available. 

NDDPI is working closely with NDUS to identify recommended transcript configuration settings for districts using Infinite Campus. While each district will continue to control its own settings, NDDPI will distribute statewide recommendations to support accuracy, consistency, and alignment with higher education expectations.  

As this work moves forward, districts should expect some differences between transcripts generated in Infinite Campus and those previously produced through the legacy eTranscripts system. Additionally, transcript delivery to higher education institutions will undergo significant changes as electronic distribution shifts to new processes and platforms.  

As a reminder, historical student transcripts will continue to be accessible through the legacy eTranscript solution. Districts may continue to access and distribute previous-year transcripts using the existing system, ensuring continued access to historical records beyond the transition period.  

More information and guidance will be shared with districts as configurations are finalized. 

K12 Accounts Guidance: NDIT has created a brief guide showing how to properly create and manage K12.nd.us email accounts for faculty and students. 

English Learner (EL) Infinite Campus Tool Rights and Guidance: This document serves as a starting point for schools to configure appropriate access and assists EL staff in navigating the system effectively based on their roles and responsibilities. 

The K12 Solutions Group’s “SubLink” substitute teacher module is now available for districts using Infinite Campus. This tool helps schools manage substitute teacher access and required functions more efficiently. Training session recordings from K12 Solutions are linked here. As a reminder, this is one of three additional modules purchased by NDDPI available in all district instances of Infinite Campus.
